Abstract |
|
|
| The development of wind energy systems has a double impact (positive and negative) on the environment. On the positive
side, wind energy is generally regarded as the friend of man and his environment, especially when the effects of emissions from power
plants and industrial conventional large scales are considered. However, the negative sides, some aspects that are at the origin of wind
energy systems have been noticed in large populated areas. Here, a number of projects in this field are delayed or canceled due to strong
environmental opposition based on the negative effects of these systems. Aside from the positive impacts, our investigation in this study
focuses on the negative impacts of a imply wind turbine or a wind farm. |
