A Proposed Program for the Development of Soft Skills to Enhance the Ways of Job Admission for Graduates of Jazan University

Abstract
In this study, we discussed the soft skills that should be available to Jazan University graduates to enhance the ways of accepting jobs, prepare a proposed program for the development of soft skills to enhance the ways of accepting jobs for Jazan University graduates, and verify the presence of significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) between the grades of the study sample in the pre-and post-test in the development of soft skills to enhance the ways of accepting jobs for Jazan University graduates, and reveal the size of the impact of the proposed program, the study relied on the semi-experimental and descriptive curriculum, and an existing training program was used on the development of soft skills and the resolution of the scientific research tool to collect data and answer for The basic study sample included (300) and the experimental study sample included (75) female graduates from Jazan University. The research results reached multiple results, the most important of which is to build a list of soft skills. there are significant statistical differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) between the scores of the study sample members in the pre-and post-test in the proposed program for soft skills development to enhance the ways of accepting jobs for graduates of Jazan University. there is a very significant impact of the proposed program application according to the Cohen equation. the study also recommended the need to include soft skills in the students study plan.
