Abstract
This study explores the social problem of miserliness, including its causes, characteristics, and impact on individuals and society. It also examines the Quranic perspective on this issue and suggests that miserliness is associated with disbelief, immorality, and a lack of attention to the Hereafter. The study concludes that miserliness can lead to the weakness and degradation of affected nations and highlights the role of family, religion, and traditions in addressing this conduct. The research adopts an inductive approach, analyzing relevant verses from the Quran and major exegeses to present a comprehensive understanding of the issue and its solution.
