Abstract |
|
The purpose of this study is to identify the quality of work life dimensions and its effect on improving organizational efficiency in Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The descriptive analytical method was relied upon to achieve the research objectives through answering research questions and testing its hypotheses. (197) questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved from 420 questionnaires distributed over the research sample. The data was analyzed using the "Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21" program. The results of the research indicated that there is a positive impact of the dimensions of job quality in improving the organizational efficiency of employees in the Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC). The results showed that the dimensions that most affect the employees in GPIC are job satisfaction, then employee empowerment, followed by social relations, and the dimension related to job security came at the last level affecting organizational efficiency. According to the results and conclusions, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and proposals. The most important of which are for the companys management to continue enhancing the concept of quality of career dimensions and apply them for their positive contribution to improve the efficiency of its employees and ensure the quality of work.
