Abstract
The study revolved around the characteristics of developing countries and their impact on the formation of their international relations. The study dealt with each of the economic characteristics, and social characteristics, political and administrative characteristics. In most developing countries, there is a lack of clear ideological coordination, which is in line with the requirements of the social and political structure, and there is weakness in the national structure and the absence of the concept of citizenship, due to weak awareness and political culture, in addition to weakness in the institutional formation of political structures. Although certain decisions are taken by the regime in its international relations. To face problems that stem from its external environment, capable of creating extraordinary popular support for it. The attitudes and behaviors of the external state cannot be separated from internal politics, so that the first comes as an outcome or as an output for a set of inputs such as: the nature of the political system, characteristics of political leadership, and state capabilities its objectives.
