The Effect of Applying Electronic Human Resources Management (EHRM) on Employee Performance

Abstract
This study aims to look into the Electronic Human Resources Management (EHRM) effects on employee’s performance in Bahrain Airport Company (BAS). The quantitative approach were used as a suitable approach to meet the objectives. Out of 250 distributed questionnaires, 139 questionnaire received. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 21) employed to analyze the gathered data. The results show that, although the EHRM with its three dimensions in the following order: (E-training and development, E-recruitment, E-evaluating of the performance) have a real effects on employee’s performance, whereas E-compensation seems to have no effect on employee’s performance. The study revealed that, there is an association between EHRM and employees performance on four dimensions in the following order: (E-training and development, E-evaluating of the performance, E-recruitment, E-compensation). The findings show that, applying EHRM with its three dimensions: (E-recruitment, E-training and development, and E- compensation) is high in percentage.
