Abstract |

The research paper aims to discover the impact of Authentic Leadership (Self-awareness, Balanced Judgment, Moral Values, and Transparency of Relationships) on the dimensions of psychological capital (Self- efficacy, Hope, Optimism, Flexibility) among employees and staff of King Faisal specialist hospital in Taif Governorate, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this context, the research paper seeks to know the impact of Authentic Leadership and the dimensions on psychological capital. Specifying and Determining the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of Authentic Leadership, and psychological capital, identifying the most Authentic Leadership dimensions affecting on the dimensions of psychological capital. A set of scientific research hypotheses has been formulated to measure the relationship between the dimensions of Authentic Leadership and the dimensions of psychological capital in the application study. To testing and measuring the hypotheses, depending on the results of the field study, the researcher used a set of statistical methods, which are the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Cronbachs alpha coefficient, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. A field survey was designed to collect data. The sample size, whom replied the questionnaire application, was (220) individuals. The study found a positive significant impact of the dimensions of Authentic Leadership on the dimensions of Psychological Capital.
