Abstract |
|
We discuss reverse supply chain which services for iron and steel industry and consider the analysis of the service resources modular and matching process of reverse supply chain for iron and steel industry. The key service resources are selected from the service set, which is required in the service activities, according to the importance lever and value. A comprehensive coupling matrix and the measurement of service resources modular degree are built by analyzing the coupling relationships of the key service resources. Then a multi-objected service resources modular and matching model is constructed, considering the degree of service resource module, the service cost and the service time. The improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) is used to clustering the service resources into service resource module, and matching the service resource modules by the service resource providers adaptively. The rationality and validity of the model and method were verified by the application of case and parameter sensitivity analysis. |
