Recent Advances in Semiconductor Thin Films This Special Issue of International Journal of Thin Film Science and Technology on “Recent Advances in Semiconductor Thin Films” highlighted the research in the semiconducting materials for different applications such as electronic/optoelectronic/magnetic devices. Semiconducting thin films including binary, ternary, quaternary and pen ternary compounds indicated a vast variety of physical, electrical and optical properties. The objective of this Special Issue is to report the experimental and theoretical developments of the thin films, from researchers around the world. In particular, the topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Semiconductor thin films for electronic devices Semiconductor thin films for energy devices Thin films for gas sensors Semiconductor thin films for power devices Thin film based super capacitors Magnetoresistive semiconductor thin films Optical/photonic semiconductor thin films Thermomagnetic semiconductor thin films Growth and fabrication deposition techniques Physics, properties, characteristics, and reliability Please read the author guideline as written in journal home page. http://www.naturalspublishing.com/show.asp?JorID=9&pgid=0 Chief guest editor Prof Dr HO SOON MIN Soonmin.ho@newinti.edu.my INTI International University, Putra Nilai, 71800, Sembilan, MALAYSIA Co-guest editor
