A Special Issue on: Business and Management Applications  

 Special Issue Description:

The aim of this special issue is to present to the research community a comprehensive collection of articles including the recent advancements in the broad field of business and management and its applications. This special issue welcomes original research papers, state-of-the-art reviews, and high quality technical notes or short comments on theoretical developments and practical applications in business and management.  Also, this special issue accepts the topics in the field of management, including business strategy and policy, organizational behaviour, human resource management, and organizational theory. It aims to publish pieces that have a high impact on the field of applied management.

Following the great advances and global interest in the field of management information systems, Computing and Artificial Intelligence, this special issue aims to collect relevant scientific contributions, with specific focus on artificial intelligence, management information system and its role in decision making, as well their relationships to economics, finance, management, management science, marketing, statistics, operations research and engineering. There is growing demand in many directions and industries for designing new models and implementing new computational methods, as well as coping with analytically intractable problems of classical computations. Demand for these systems covers a wide range of industries including: data mining, resources, computer infrastructure, environment, engineering and information sciences. Given this demand, there is a need to focus on the new management information systems available to be harvested, and the conversion technologies possible for the growing range of applications.

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and selected on the basis of quality and relevance to the special issue.

Submissions 

All submitted papers will be reviewed for originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Electronic paper submissions must follow JMIDS format
