| This article emphasizes the role of several auxiliary variables to improve the precision of a general estimation procedure of
population mean on current occasion in successive sampling of h-occasion. The readily available information on pmutually independent
auxiliary variables on current occasion is utilized in the estimation procedure. Subsequently difference type estimation procedure has
been suggested. Properties of the suggested estimation procedure have been studied and empirical studies are carried out to validate the
theoretical results. |
