Abstract |

| In this paper, we establish some recurrence relations for both marginal and joint moment generating functions of generalized
order statistics are established. The recurrence relations for both marginal and joint moment generating functions for order statistics
and record values are deduced. We characterized a general class of distribution functions through conditional expectation,marginal and
joint moment generating functions of generalized order statistics. Special cases are discussed. |
