Abstract |

This study is devoted to the issue of the crimes of collective terrorist organizations, which are the first nucleus of
organized action aimed at disrupting the internal security of the State, and therefore represent the source through which the
efforts of terrorist elements are brought together and coordinated, ultimately focusing their efforts on taking innocent lives,
terrorizing security and destroying the regimes in place. With the increase in the activity of collective terrorist organizations
with an ideological aim and orientation that tend to use violence to achieve their political objectives. Foremost among witch
is the so called State of Caliphate in the Syria and Iraq or “daich” for short. Legislation has singled out these terrorist
organizations for special treatment different from that of ordinary criminal organizations as it has revised its definition of
terrorism and introduced previously unknown practical forms as well as an expanded definition of terrorist offenses. As a
result, a number of countries, including Morocco, have had to revise their legal systems to adapt to international
developments, resulting in the violation of fundamental rights and freedoms in order to maintain the security approach |
