Abstract |

| The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of disclosed firms social responsibility information on mitigating the effects of the Corona pandemic (COVID-19), as the study problem was formulated in the following main question: Does the disclosed social responsibility information of Sudanese firms have an impact on mitigating the effects of the Corona pandemic? The study used the deductive, inductive, historical, and descriptive analytical approach to study the problem and answer the questions. The study concluded that there is a significant impact of some firms carrying out their social responsibility to mitigating the effects of the Corona pandemic, in addition to the lack of some firms in carrying out their social responsibility to mitigate the effects of the Corona pandemic.
