Abstract |
|
This study aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of financial and administrative corruption in its various forms. The study also analyzed the impact of financial and administrative corruption on political and economic stability within the State of Algeria during the time period (2010/2020). It also sought to answer the problem of the study, which was represented in the following question. To what extent did administrative and financial corruption contribute to destabilizing political and economic stability and obstructing the development process within the Algerian state? The analytical approach to analyzing and measuring some indicators affiliated with the World Bank and Transparency International, which are concerned with measuring the levels of corruption within the State of Algeria. The study was divided into three main axes: the first axis dealt with explaining the theoretical framework of the phenomenon of financial and administrative corruption, and the second axis dealt with analyzing the structure of corruption within the State of Algeria during the period Timeline (2010/2020), passing through the third requirement, which dealt with the most important strategies followed by the state to reduce the risk of corruption. The study concluded, after analyzing some indicators, that there was a noticeable increase in the levels of financial and administrative corruption, and this had a negative impact on economic growth within the Algerian economy, as well as The study recommended the necessity of activating the administrative control system and enacting strict laws and legislation to reduce the seriousness of the corruption phenomenon. |
