Abstract |

|
| In this paper, the main objective is to present some new monotonicity and log-convexity properties of the generalized
modified k−Bessel function (GMk-B). Besides, the monotonicity properties of the ratio of two different orders of GMk-B functions are
discussed. In addition, the monotonicity property for the ratio of the GMk-B function with the k-confluent hypergeometric functions is
also presented.
