Abstract |
|
: Organizational agility and innovative performance are among the most critical issues within an organization. However, only limited research has been dedicated to exploring the relationship between innovative performance and organizational agility. Drawing from the resource-based view and motivation theory, this article delves into the mediating role of organizational agility in the connection between business intelligence and innovative performance. The study employs structural equation modeling using survey data gathered from Jordanian communication companies. As posited by the proposed theories, there exists a positive relationship between business intelligence and innovative performance, with organizational agility serving as a mediating factor. The article also discusses the implications of these findings.
