Abstract |
|
The purpose of the current study was to investigate the contributing factors to trainees’ satisfaction of online training in post COVID19 era in Saudi Arabia. The study followed the quantitative research method, and the tool of the study was a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of this study, and total of 1936 participants took part in this study. The data of this study was analyzed by using different statistical methods such as Cronbachs alpha test, means, frequencies, percentages, and t-test. The result showed that there are significant differences between online and face-to-face training on overall satisfaction favoring the online training and favoring females trainers. Generally, the result revealed that the effect of interaction between participants in online training was positive on the outcomes. Perhaps, the results of this study will be an important addition to develop the planning of the online learning process and aiding in the formulation of future educational policies.
