Abstract |
|
The study aimed to determine the reality of applying innovation and sustainable development management and determine the impact of innovation management on sustainable development. The study sample consisted of (285) employees, representing (26.09%) of the study population, who numbered (1092) employees in the Ministry of Information Affairs in the kingdom of Bahrain. The study used the innovation management scale and the sustainable development scale, and the results were obtained through the SPSS statistical analysis program. The results revealed that implementing innovation management was of relative importance and the most dimensions of innovation management being applied were the technological dimension. There is a positive and statistically significant correlation relationship between innovation management dimensions and achieving sustainable development, as the value of the correlation coefficient reached. The study presented several recommendations, the most important of which is educating administrators about the importance of innovation management and its influential role in achieving sustainable development and increasing the powers granted to employees that impact solving various problems that may face the organization. |
