Electronic Human Resource Management and How it Affects Employee Performance

Abstract
The present paper aims to investigate how electronic HRM can be employed to enhance the employees performance. To achieve the research objectives, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach utilizing primary and secondary data. A structured questionnaire was designed and distributed. Then, it was analyzed to test the study hypotheses using SPSS tools, such as Pearson Correlation, Cronbach Alpha coefficient, as well as simple and multiple regressions. The results revealed that the E-HRM system components had a significant positive effect on reinforcing the different HRM practices. Moreover, E-HRM helped achieve the objectives of the organizations and staff development.
