Abstract
This study is intended to discuss the dialectic of internal consistency between reliability and validity through the presenting of opinions of experts and psychometric experts and to then evaluate a sample of Arab and foreign studies that sought to verify the validity of psychological tests before using. The sample of study consisted of (83) tests, distributed among doctoral and masters theses and articles, in more than (20) countries. The study used the descriptive evaluation method because it is related to the nature and objectives of the study. The analysis was performed using an evaluation network tool prepared by researchers. The findings revealed that the internal consistency is the most used in checking and confirming the validity, whereas, Cronbachs alpha is the most widely used measure of reliability.
