| Based on ordering moment generating function approach, we propose a new nonparametric class of life distributions called new better than used convex ordering moment generation function (NBUCmgf).The existence of moment generating function is discussed. Using U-statistic, a new test statistics for testing exponentially versus (NBUCmgf) is presented. Pitman’s asymptotic efficiencies of the proposed test are calculated and compared with some other tests. Also, the critical values and the power of the new test statistics are calculated in case of censored and non-censored data. Finally, some real examples are evaluated in case of censored and non-censored data.
