Abstract |

|
| In this paper, we introduce the notion of m-weak** commuting for a pair of self-maps
on a 2-metric space. Using this general class of mappings we obtain two common
fixed point theorems satisfying contractive and rational contractive type conditions in
complete 2-metric spaces. Our results in this paper are the generalizations of some
known theorems due to Rathore et al. [24] and others. |
