| This is a Retraction for the article, Mosaed M. Makky, Decomposition Formulas for Srivastava’s Hypergeometric Functions of Three Complex Variables I, J. Ana. Num. Theor. 6, No. 1, 27-32 (2018).
It has come to the attention of NSP that this article should not have been submitted for publication because of its substantial replication without citation of earlier-published papers: Medhat A. Rakha, Arjun K. Rathie, Purnima Chopra, On some new contiguous relations for the Gauss hypergeometric function with applications, Computers and Mathematics with Applications 61 (2011) 620–629 and Thomas Ernst, Decomposition Formulas for Triple 𝑞-Hypergeometric Functions, International Journal of Combinatorics Volume 2014, ID 712321.
The overlap is substantial, to the point that this paper is clearly an act of plagiarism. It is unfortunate that this was not detected before going to press. Consequently, this paper has been retracted by NSP. |
