Abstract |
|
Some light meson bound states’ eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are calculated by applying the new Numerov’s discretization method (NDM) of the Hamiltonian. The light quark- antiquark problem is solved in the framework of non-relativistic quark model. Two types of quark- antiquark potentials were tested and compared. The results show a good fit with other groups and with recent experimental data. The NDM could be used to give accurate results when it is applied to light meson candidates. |
